The Taylor House is the best value for your entertainment needs.  Our prices are based on the time you will need the home and the number of persons invited to your special event.   *The Taylor House does offer a special rate for fund raising events and small clubs.  Please call for more information.

The Taylor House offers clean up/decoration fee by the staff. 1-50 persons                   $50 51-100 persons               $100 101-150 persons             $150 151- 200 persons             $200 201-250 persons               $250 251-300 persons              $300 Usage fee for tableware is $25.00. Use for linens is priced per item. Supervised use of playhouse fee is $10.00 hourly. Security/parking fee for officers to be determined. Event coordination is offered at 12% of obtained services.
